A website for Gevorg: direct orders, no dispatcher in between

Gevorg Hovsepyan is a mobile auto mechanic with thirty years of experience, working across Moscow and the region, repairing cars and trucks alike. For years, orders came through middlemen who took a cut of his earnings. He came to the studio with one goal — to get orders straight from clients.

The task

A highly skilled mechanic had spent years handing over a significant share of his earnings to middlemen and dispatchers. He came to the studio with one goal — to start getting orders directly from clients, with no one else's cut in the middle. At the same time, he had no interest in dealing with websites or technology himself — he trusted the studio with everything, from choosing the domain to the final design. And one more condition, straight from Gevorg: keep it minimal and to the point — you need roadside help, here are the contacts to call, not a wall of text.

The solution

A turnkey project — the website plus recommendations for promotion. The studio selected and helped register the domain, agreed on the design, and shot and added working photos of the mechanic himself, his vehicle and his tools. The text was cut down to essentials: a short headline, contacts front and center as large, tappable buttons — call, WhatsApp, Telegram — with a list of services below and no prices listed (too much depends on the complexity of the breakdown to quote a figure in advance). The client's existing logo stayed, as requested — no redesign was pushed on him. The brand accent in the colors of the Armenian flag was kept understated, not a flag slapped on the page, just small colored details throughout. Special attention went to the fact that the mechanic speaks three languages fluently — a genuine edge over competitors, not a formality, and one worth highlighting: the site was translated into two more languages besides Russian, so it's clear at a glance that calling doesn't require Russian. A separate link to reviews was added, without turning it into a bulky block on the homepage.

The result

The site is live at mexanik-gevorg.ru, the domain is registered, and the design has been approved and accepted by the client. From there, the studio built out an SEO strategy and didn't step away after handoff — it keeps helping the mechanic find clients: map listings, review management, and fine-tuning as the first inquiries come in.
